Vinylplex, a wholly owned subsidiary of GRB Investments, INC. was

established in 1971 to manufacture PVC pipe servicing the rural water

market. It started with two production lines, and over the years have

expanded to eight lines with 75 million pounds of capacity. Currently we

manufacture water pipe in sizes 3/4 inch through 12 inch. We also produce

sewer pipe SDR35 and SDR26 in sizes 4 through 15 inch. It now sells

through a major marketing agent with distributors in 15 mid-western states.

Over the past 34 years over 165,000 miles of Vinylplex pipe has been put into

service in the mid-west. Currently Vinylplex is in the process of expanding

existing facilities and additional product lines in Pittsburg, Kansas. This

expansion is expected to be complete by the spring of 2006. It is also a

goal to grow through acquisition of companies primarily manufacturing other

PVC product lines to broaden the Vinylplex scope of operations.
